Coaching programmes and workshops are individually tailored to clients specific requirements, whether tactical for individuals and teams or strategic across multiple functions.
It is important to recognise that mindfulness is a practice and for those who practice, it is a key part of their day to day lives. Therefore, all teaching of mindfulness is undertaken by teachers who practice themselves and all teaching methods are based on shared experience.
Individual workshops and programmes can be constructed to address specific tactical issues such as:
dealing with business change
target driven stress
high staff turnover
increased absenteeism
Course programmes are also delivered through a workshop structure and are aimed to increase depth of knowledge and regular practice over a preset training schedule.

Module 1
We define mindfulness and describe the motivation that is needed to practice it effectively. We also identify the two aspects of mindfulness training: method and attitude. Having clarified our intention for practising mindfulness, we then observe how our mind operates on 'automatic pilot' - how we are habitually not present. We learn to investigate our experience more closely and gradually begin to wake up to our present moment reality.
Module 2
We define mindfulness and investigate the motivation that is needed to practice it effectively. We also identify the two aspects of mindfulness training: method and attitude. Module 3
Once students learn to settle the mind and use the mindfulness support, they are ready to familiarise themselves with the biggest challenge to mindfulness – distraction. This is the natural impulse within the mind to move away from the moment and thus prevent the development of mindfulness. It takes three forms – involvement with the future, the past or the present.
