While Conscientium is dedicated to teaching both men and women jointly, it is our experience that in group classes and workshops, men are almost always under represented. So, that's where Mindful Man classes and workshops step-up. Our aim is to create a safe and supportive environment in which men can learn meditation for the first time and benefit from continuous support to help their their ongoing mindfulness meditation practice. We welcome all men of all backgrounds and all levels of experience with the practice of Mindfulness.
